Delivery & Assembly
Is Delivery Free?

We offer free shipping to anywhere in Singapore (except no-go zones) subjected to the terms & conditions below

There will be additional handling and transportation charges for the following scenarios:

a. Additional $30.00 if required to deliver to Condominium or All Others.

b. Manpower services required to lift it to the intended location

Buyer to incur $20/floor level for delivery to non-lift level regardless of whether it is in ascending or descending order.

 

Scenario 1 : lift stops at 5th flour, your location is 7th floor. additional charges of $40 applies.

Scenario 2 : lift stops at 5th floor, your location is 4th floor. additional charges of $20 applies.

 

Delivery timing Monday - Saturday; 10 - 5pm.

No delivery on Sunday and Public Holiday.

How about assembly service?

How long delivery will take?

Delivery now takes about 2-3 working days. We will contact you in advance to make an appointment for specific delivery time!

How can i track my order?

You are able to track your orders via our website with your order number.

Are you able to keep my item/s to not deliver until my further notice ?

We have a full-fledged warehouse. However, that would be impossible due to NOT ONLY our lean operating conditions BUT market practice as well.  We seek your understanding not to oversensitise this request of yours.

Would i be able to pick the goods up myself?

Absolutely. No hidden charges, we beg you to execute it in the following order
A. select self-pickup when checking out on our site.
B. select the required date
C. inform us of the order ID
D. receive confirmation from us through whatsapp or email to confirm pick-up

 

Certain goods may require more time as they require lifting and assembly.

Is delivery during weekends or public holidays available?

Deliveries are managed in house. Saturday's delivery is available subjected to day to day human resource constraints. We seek your understanding if we are unable to fulfill your expectations.

What if i cannot receive my item according to the scheduled delivery date provided?

 We can arrange another date for your delivery. According to the limitations of our lean operations, you are obligated o notify us for date changing at least 3 days before the appointment delivery date!

no additional charges with minimum notice of 3 business days (Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm. Excluding Public Holidays) before the delivery date (subjected to the availability of delivery slots will be imposed before this clause requirement

For rescheduling of delivery within 3 business days before agreed delivery date, an arbitary charge of $40 will be levied

Can the delivery man assist to discard old furniture?

No. Please look for your respective town council 1(one) week before delivery to ensure they are informed. They are the acting authority responsible for disposal of unwanted household items.

Warranty & Returns
When will I be able to file for a return?

When you served incomple/incorect goods. We'd assume you'd still want the goods and will exchange it for you at your request

When will i be able to file for a refund?

A. not received the order
B, received incomplete goods (missing quantity or accessories) 
C, received incorrect goods (eg. wrong size/colour/different product)
D. u received damaged goods (eg. dented/scratched/broken)
E.  Received faulty goods (eg. malfunction/not working as Intended)
Request for return/exchange /refund or cancellation due to reasons other than the above mentioned will not be entertained.
We'd assume you are unable to accept the goods and will attempt to process your refund.

Products are damaged and i would like to file for a warranty claim

What if i change my mind after purchase

No further actions required as relationship is established upon a willing buyer-willing seller basis such that all sales conducted are final.

why are we the affected party unable to determine the sum or type of restitution when claiming for warranty

Damage to property/ goods in transit can be classified under third party claim.
Since we are the vendor for third party delivery services, the right lies with us the liable party to select our desired way to reinstate you. Alternatively, you may seek compensation from your insurance party if you have subrogated your liabilities to them. To refer to our return and refund policy for more info
