Ordering & pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
PayNow, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, and Mastercard. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Are prices in SGD and inclusive of GST?
Yes. All prices shown are in SGD. 9% GST is applied at checkout and shown as a line item on your invoice.
Can I get a quote before ordering?
Yes — for bulk or commercial orders, contact us with your shortlist and we'll send a quote the same business day.
Do I need an account to order?
No. Guest checkout is available. Your order details are sent to the email you provide at checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Before delivery is scheduled — yes. After scheduling, contact us as soon as possible. Orders already in transit can't be cancelled but can be returned per our return policy.
Delivery & assembly
Where do you deliver?
Singapore-wide, including HDB blocks, condos, landed homes, and commercial premises.
How long does delivery take?
You choose a delivery date at checkout, between 3 and 30 days out. Most residential orders are fulfilled within 5–10 business days.
Is delivery free?
Free delivery on orders above S$200 within Singapore. Smaller orders carry a flat delivery fee shown at checkout.
Do you assemble the furniture?
Yes. Our own team delivers and assembles on the same appointment. No third-party handover.
Can you remove my old furniture?
Yes. We can take old furniture away on the same visit. Mention it when scheduling so we plan for the load.
Product & quality
What's the warranty?
1-year warranty against structural defects. Hinges, runners, and joints are covered if they fail under normal use.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
7-day returns on unused, unassembled items in original packaging. Assembled items can only be returned if defective.
What materials do you use?
Engineered wood panels with melamine or laminate finish on both faces. Metal hardware spec'd for daily use. Materials and dimensions are listed on each product page.
How do I care for the furniture?
Wipe with a damp cloth, avoid abrasive cleaners, don't sit on cabinet doors, and don't overload drawers beyond rated capacity. Care notes are on each product page where relevant.
Business & bulk orders
Do you handle bulk and commercial orders?
Yes — offices, co-working spaces, schools, clinics, and warehouses. We quote, deliver, and install in coordinated batches.
Can I get an invoice for company accounting?
Yes. A GST invoice is issued for every order. Add your company name and UEN at checkout and we'll include it on the invoice.
Do you do site surveys?
For larger fit-outs, yes. Contact us with the floor plan or address and we'll arrange a site visit.
